This two-day Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme course is designed for those who have, or are about to acquire supervisory responsibilities. This course covers all relevant legislation and other aspects which affect safe working in the building, construction and civil engineering industries.
It highlights the need for risk assessment in the workplace, the implementation of the necessary control measures, and adequate communication to sustain a health and safety culture among the workforce. This course is nationally recognised and if you are a business owner, you may be eligible for funding.

You can pay in full by direct debit card using our online payment system or you can open a business account and pay via invoice.
This is a two day course.
Delegates must attend the days in order and, where not on consecutive days, must complete the course within two weeks. Delegates unable to attend both days due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. certificated sickness) will need to enrol onto a new course and, to maintain continuity of learning outcomes, must attend both days again.
This course is for you if you’re considering, or already have, supervisory responsibilities.
This course is delivered and assessed via Zoom or Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Forms.
Delegates should hold, or be about to hold, the role of a supervisor. Delegates must be competent in English at site supervisor level.
On successful completion of this course, you will be awarded a 5 year certificate.
A natural progression from this course would be to attend the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course.
